# UI/UX Design Tips / Volume 3
In this video, we’ll talk about why you can’t skip out on the search for appropriate references, why you shouldn’t try to shove the maximum amount of info into one page.
If we could poll a million designers by asking just one question – “What’s good design?” – we’ll hear a million different answers. Some will say that it’s all about user convenience. Others might argue that it’s aesthetics that matter. A third group will claim that the answer lies in striking a balance between presenting information and negative space. And so on. Sure, each answer is correct. Why? Because good design is in the details.
In this video, we’ll talk about why you can’t skip out on the search for appropriate references, why you shouldn’t try to shove the maximum amount of info into one page, why it’s a bad idea to make a design sketch without taking account of real data (text, photos), and the different types of tab bars you’ll encounter. Oh, and one more thing: we’ll explain why symmetry is boring.
